iMind Consulting, Inc. (“iMind,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to imindconsulting.com and does not cover the systems we set up or maintain for clients, which are governed by each client’s service agreement.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number (optional), business name (optional), the service you are interested in, and your message. If you email or call us, we receive the information you choose to share.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our web server records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. This information is used to keep the site running, secure and fast.
Savings calculator. The numbers you enter in our savings calculator are processed in your browser only. They are not sent to us or stored.
How we use your information

- To send occasional updates or newsletters, only if you have agreed to receive them, with an unsubscribe link in every message

Where your information is stored
Contact form submissions are stored in our website’s database and in our customer relationship management (CRM) system, which runs on our own website rather than on a third-party CRM service. Form notifications are sent to our business email account. We limit access to the people at iMind who need it to serve you.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run this website, such as our web hosting and email providers. They process information only as needed to provide their services to us. Our fonts are hosted on our own server, so loading our pages does not share your information with font providers. Links to Google Maps open Google’s website, where Google’s own privacy policy applies.
Cookies
This website uses a small number of cookies needed for it to work, such as cookies that remember form progress or keep site administrators signed in. We do not currently use advertising cookies. If we add analytics or similar tools in the future, we will update this policy.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and client records for as long as needed to serve you, to maintain business and tax records, and to resolve any disputes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to records we are required by law to keep.

- Unsubscribe from any marketing emails using the link in the message, or by contacting us

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections to this website and restricted access to our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page.
